1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GPU Hog (gpuhog.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

GPU Hog provides on-demand cloud GPU rental services. Users purchase credits and use them to rent GPU instances for machine learning, AI training, rendering, and other compute-intensive tasks.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Billing & Token Policy

• Token value: 1 token = 1 cent ($0.01 USD)
• First hour prepaid: When you rent a GPU, the first hour is a prepaid minimum charge
• Per-minute billing: After the first hour, billing switches to per-minute at the GPU's hourly rate (e.g., a $0.49/hr GPU costs ~0.82 tokens/min)
• Paused pod storage: Paused pods are billed at 5 tokens/hr for storage retention
• Zero-balance auto-pause: If your token balance reaches zero, running pods are automatically paused (not terminated) to protect your work
• 24-hour grace period: You have 24 hours to add more tokens while your pod is paused at zero balance
• Termination after grace period: If no tokens are added within 24 hours of zero balance, the pod is terminated and all data is deleted
• Token packs never expire: Purchased tokens remain in your account indefinitely
• Auto-refund on failed deploys: If a pod deployment fails, tokens are automatically refunded to your balance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GPU Hog for:

• Any illegal activity
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks
• Any activity that violates the rights of others

6. Service Availability

GPU availability is subject to demand. We do not guarantee specific GPU models will always be available. We may perform maintenance with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

GPU Hog is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
